    Managing Psychosocial Risk for PCBU’s

Managing psychosocial risk can feel like walking on a tightrope. As a person conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU), you have to balance multiple, often competing, factors that impact both employee well-being and organisational performance.

Every employee’s needs and stressors are different, requiring a nuanced approach to risk management. Overlooking or mishandling these risks can lead to decreased morale, increased absenteeism, or even legal repercussions, while overly rigid policies might stifle creativity and flexibility. Balancing these dynamics requires careful attention, ongoing communication, and a proactive approach to creating a supportive, yet productive, work environment.

Leveraging a learning management system with WorkPlan Learning can be a powerful tool to manage and mitigate these risks.

Listen to the 5 areas where WorkPlan Learning can have a positive impact on managing psychosocial risk.

How much does an LMS cost?

The SaaS model is now pervasive and learning management systems are predominantly ‘cloud’ based on servers within a data centre. In the SaaS pricing model, the subscription fees are usually based on user numbers and includes the hosting and ongoing maintenance costs in one monthly fee. You can check out our pricing for WorkPlan LMS here.
Once you have a subscription for an LMS, there are some ongoing costs that you need to consider as well. Whether there are ongoing costs or not depends on your requirements and the vendors service models under the subscription agreement. I will look at the most common ongoing costs.
