I do not recall ‘fun’ being included as a business objective in any LMS implementation I have been involved in. Fun may have been a by-product of the successful implementation but never a primary objective. WorkPlan Learning changes all that. The uses are limitless. This builds relationships with a greater mutual understanding of people’s lives outside of work.
