I do not recall ‘fun’ being included as a business objective in any LMS implementation I have been involved in. Fun may have been a by-product of the successful implementation but never a primary objective. WorkPlan Learning changes all that. Learning should be fun, and WorkPlan can help you add more fun to your business culture by allowing more people to engage and contribute to learning.

You do not need me to remind you that the world of work is changing. COVID-19 hastened the speed of change, but the green shoots of comprehensive change in how we work were already appearing and, in some cases, growing quickly.

You can do all this inside WorkPlan Learning. Designed to be simple, most people will not need training to use WorkPlan Learning, and for those that do, expertise can be gained in less than an hour. Creating content is fun because it is easy, and people can add their own creative flair if they choose to.

When people create content and courses, they want to share it with others. Their colleagues and friends can add feedback and ratings to positively recognise the author for their efforts and expertise. Why limit it to business stuff? Why not let people share their expertise in other areas like their hobbies, external activities, topics of interest etc. People love videos, so why not share a video of your camping trip or how to build a campfire? The uses are limitless. This builds relationships with a greater mutual understanding of people’s lives outside of work.
