WorkPlan Learning is a Collaborative Learning Management System (LMS).
The system can allow any person to create amazing content and learning to share with others in their team or beyond. Admin can select who has content development privileges. My clients use this set of features to tap into thought leaders, subject matter experts and other contributors to a Change Management Project. Teams can be assigned team objectives that are linked to learning and content. The use of forums in content and learning portfolios are an effective targeted way to gain feedback, brainstorm ideas, and share ways the learning, content and tools have been used.
Content and course authoring is so easy in WorkPlan Learning.
All the tools are there to help people create amazing content fast and without any training. The authoring tools include a comprehensive WYSIWYG editor, assessments and quizzes, video, images, checklists and a powerful survey builder. A person can create content and share with others before publishing it more widely. Once published, this content may be permission only or open to every person in the organisation. This means content can be published within the Change Team while still allowing other content pertaining to the Change Project can be published more widely.
