We have something special for our clients just in time for the holidays!
Our development team has been hard at it creating some amazing new features that makes WorkPlan Learning even more fun to use.
We have added a new tab for Portfolios. Now, when you view a Portfolio, you will see an tab called ‘About’. You can use the ‘About’ tab to provide a description of the Portfolio, learning objectives, related portfolios, and anything else you wish to add to make the learning engagement more meaningful for users.
You will now see a ‘Join’ button on the Posts page within a ‘Portfolio’. A person can now see all the Posts included in a Portfolio before choosing to join the Portfolio and undertake the training, access files, interact with other members and all of the other cool things you can do in Portfolios. This button can also be linked to the payment system if you are selling access to your awesome courses and content.
Our developers have just taken organisation and searching in WorkPlan Learning to a whole new level with two game changing features.
The first of these new features is Categories. Now you can use Categories to organise your content in any way that makes sense for you and your organisation. For example, you can use Categories to segment courses and content by subject matter, authors, projects, clients, office locations or whatever else you can think of.
We know there are heaps of people who love using ‘Tags’ for another level of organisation and searching power. So, we added Tags to WorkPlan Learning. Now you can tag to your heart’s content. Multiple tags can be applied to content so you can eliminate the need to remember specific titles or names of content. Categories and Tags are both visible on screen when you execute a search.
There is a lot more to come and we are very excited about the feedback we are receiving from our customers about our new features. We always welcome new ideas from our customers, so please get in touch if you have something you would like to share.
